Dr. Leeya Hendricks is an esteemed chartered marketer, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and Member of the Chartered Institute of IT. With almost two decades of experience in B2B marketing across technology, professional services, and fintech sectors, she has held leadership roles in global marketing, communications, and business development for renowned companies such as Accenture, IBM, Oracle, Gartner, and Delta Capita. Recognised as a Top 30 Most Influential Fintech Marketers in 2022, a Financial Narrative 50 in 2023, and a CMO to Watch in 2024, Leeya is dedicated to advancing business and marketing through innovation, growth, diversity, and inclusion.
Leeya is passionate about growing businesses, marketing, sustainability, technology, and education. She actively shapes the future of marketing through her roles as an advisory board member of The Fintech Marketing Hub, a non-executive Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and an Adjunct Professor and lecturer at several universities. She recently served as CMO at Rimm, an AI-tech firm specialising in ESG and sustainability management and is an active thought leader in this space.
Leeya holds extensive qualifications including a PhD in Management, an MBA, a BA (Hons) in Brand Marketing Management, a BA (Hons) in Fine Art, and Professional Certifications from Cambridge University in Business Sustainability Management and Developing AI Systems and Applications in the Ethical Build of AI from the Chartered Institute of IT. As a thought leader, she regularly publishes articles, participates in podcasts, and speaks at events on various topics including B2B marketing, sustainability, AI, financial technology, platform ecosystems, and leadership.
